Passport First Page

Clear, colored passport copy valid for a minimum of six months.

• File Formats Accepted: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG
• Submit a clear, colored copy of your passport’s first page, valid for at least six months from submission.
• Extended passports are not accepted by UAE immigration.
• The passport copy must clearly display: Photograph, Full name, Date of birth, Passport number, Signature, Issue and expiry dates, Parents’ names (if applicable).
• Ensure the copy is legible and free from damage, folds, tears, smudges, or obstructions.

Photo

A clear color photograph with a white background.

• Accepted File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
• The face must be neutral in expression, with eyes open.
• Applicant should face the camera directly, showing a full-face view.
• No hats or head coverings unless for religious reasons (face must remain visible).
• Ensure no shadows on the face.

Round-Trip Flight Ticket

• Accepted File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF
• Provide a confirmed round-trip flight ticket showing entry into and exit from the UAE.
• The ticket must clearly display:
  • Flight numbers
  • Travel dates
• Note: Departure and return dates must match your hotel reservation dates if staying in a hotel.
